Qualifications

• Strong P&L acumen and ability to connect customer value with supply base.
• Experience supporting M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, or business transformations.
• Ability to build and execute practical sourcing playbooks and develop supplier partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Supply Chain Planning: Develop and execute supply chain and sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
• Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration and performance focused on quality, reliability, and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with members and leaders across multiple functions to ensure seamless supply chain integration and alignment.
• Risk Management and Problem Resolution: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while resolving complex issues to maintain operational continuity.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage members and leaders, fostering a culture of high performance.
