Job summary

Arizona State University is seeking a Supply Chain Sourcing Strategist to lead procurement activities and drive strategic sourcing across its departments, including technology services, software, equipment, and related categories. The role involves cross‑functional collaboration to understand business needs and develop solutions.

Two positions are available, one supporting the construction team and one supporting facilities management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in procurement or related field or equivalent combination of experience and training.
Experience in procurement, sourcing and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

Lead departments through the procurement process in accordance with ABOR guidelines.
Analyze procurement and supply chain data to create value opportunities in assigned categories.
Perform data analytics to identify risks, value and cost savings, and strategic sourcing opportunities.
Engage and collaborate with partners across departments to develop supply chain strategies and sourcing initiatives.
Lead contract negotiations to optimize value and mitigate risk.
Support sourcing and supplier engagement for construction and/or facilities management needs.
