Job summary

Form Energy in Berkeley, CA is seeking a highly skilled supply chain professional to develop and execute the sourcing strategy for battery system-level components, including PCBA and EE parts.

In this hybrid role on-site 4 days a week, you will build supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and align with cross-functional teams to scale our iron-air battery systems. Willingness to travel ~30% and relocation assistance available. Stock options and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, category management or similar experience.
• Experience procuring PCBAs and EE components through distributors and manufacturers.
• Proven track record with Contract Manufacturers and MSAs.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own PCBA & EE categories and build partnerships with strategic suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, lead times, and escalate when needed.
• Drive cost negotiations using cost models and market analyses.
• Monitor market conditions, supplier capacities, and tech roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Supply Chain, Engineering and Strategic Supply.
