Job summary

Goldhofer Inc. in Hickory, NC, seeks a Sourcing Lead to manage end-to-end sourcing for a new greenfield assembly facility. You will develop strategy, qualify suppliers, lead bids, and negotiate contracts to ensure cost, quality, and on-time delivery.

Collaboration with operations, finance, and leadership will forecast demand, ramp production, optimize inventory, and build supplier relationships. You will monitor performance, resolve issues, and promote continuous improvement in sourcing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment is highly beneficial.
On-site work in Hickory, NC is required.
ERP proficiency (SAP) and data analysis with Excel.
Strong ability to read technical drawings.
Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
