Job summary

Oracle, headquartered in Santa Clara, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager – DC Infrastructure Equipment to shape and scale Oracle Cloud data centers. You will lead category strategies, negotiate with key suppliers, and drive supply chain improvements across UPS, PDU, busway, RPP, transformers and cooling equipment.

• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category plans for data center infrastructure equipment.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive cost competitiveness, supplier performance, and supply chain efficiencies.
• Negotiate with strategic suppliers and manage contractual agreements.
• Conduct supplier analysis, cost modeling, and market analysis to support sourcing decisions.
• Track supplier performance and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
