Job summary

Grande Strategic Sourcing in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Strategic Sourcing Intern for Summer 2027. This hands‑on internship provides experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contracts, and data analysis.

You’ll work with seasoned professionals on projects like supplier scorecard development and RFPs, learn ERP systems, and build skills in collaboration, time management, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support procurement and sourcing projects and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist with purchase orders, supplier information management, and documentation collection.
• Generate reports and track supplier performance (scorecards, risk records).
• Learn and operate ERP systems and test new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across purchasing, operations, planning, quality, finance, and logistics.
