Job summary

H.B. Fuller, located in St. Paul, MN, is offering a Summer Internship in Global Strategic Sourcing. The 12-week paid program runs May to August 2026 to gain insight into supplier analysis and cross-functional collaboration within the adhesive industry.

You will work 40 hours per week in-office, reporting to a Sourcing Manager, with mentoring, networking events, and a final presentation to showcase your career development with support from managers and peers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Rising Junior or Senior in the summer of 2026.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze raw material suppliers that support production.
• Complete basic projects independently and draw conclusions with guidance.
• Reproduce and articulate results through spreadsheets, reports and presentations.
• Interact with a multi-functional team on a regular basis.
• Validate vendor invoice and pricing details to confirm compliance with business commitments.
• Consolidate data for monthly reporting and system implementations.
