Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is seeking a Director of Procurement & Strategic Sourcing to lead category strategies across food, beverage, retail, and services with a focus on cost optimization, risk management, and supply resilience. This role anchors a major Workday implementation and serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.

As a full-time on-site leader, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to deliver value, quality, and guest-focused procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement in a complex organization; 5+ years in supervision.
• Experience in hospitality/entertainment/retail sectors valued; valid driver’s license.
• Strong contract negotiation, supplier management, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead category strategies to optimize total cost and supplier value.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement, including contracts and POs, for cost savings and efficiency.
• Analyze markets and suppliers to build long-term plans and roadmaps.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships to ensure resilience and quality.
• Lead Workday S2P design and transform procurement processes before go-live.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional leaders on spend analytics and governance.
