Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Planning.
• 3+ years leading negotiations with standard terms, including payment terms.
• Experience managing supplier performance against contractual agreements.
• Experience interpreting data and presenting analysis to management.

Responsibilities

• Develop source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies that integrate program, customer, product and in-service strategies.
• Assess suppliers’ company health, performance and capability to deliver products and services.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Evaluate supplier proposals for cost, lead time, quality and risk.
• Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management.
• Analyze external market and internal demand.
• Identify root cause and recovery plans.
• Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
• Initiate supplier improvement activities and integrating results into contracting strategies.
• Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Contribute to the development of new job practices, techniques, and standards.
