Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of seasoned progressive leadership experience in hospital strategic sourcing and contracting.
• Master's degree or a combination of education/experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead actions of self and team.
• Review monthly budget and align with annual budget; discuss with mid-management.
• Provide monthly survey of services to gauge end-user satisfaction via MMIS requisition center.
• Demonstrate accountability for outcomes with emphasis on customer satisfaction and fiscal performance.
• Lead and mentor associates and clinical staff to improve performance.
• Align resources with strategic goals and foster cross-functional collaboration.
