Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may be substituted for degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years procurement/strategic sourcing experience; indirect spend categories/sourcing events.
• Experience in Clinical Services/Clinical Operations may help, and exposure to Marketing, IT, Market Research, Data & Analytics, Logistics & Distribution is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Market Intelligence Tools; Coupa or other eSourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Promote utilization of the NNI Procurement Methodology through Category Management and Strategic Sourcing.
• Negotiate and monitor contracts to secure high-quality goods/services at best prices.
• Interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders to realize investment efficiency and value.
• Develop supplier selection criteria and lead cross-functional teams in sourcing contracts.
• Benchmark costs and provide insights to lines of business; support supplier diversity program.
• Ensure compliance with supplier agreements and provide strategic procurement partnership.
