Qualifications

• Completion of an undergraduate degree is required, preferably in business, supply chain management, marketing or engineering.
• Certification as a Supply Chain Professional is preferred.
• Min. 3-5 years' work experiences in supply chain management, sales and/or marketing and engineering discipline or related experiences.
• Skill set includes contracts, negotiations, strategic sourcing, stakeholder engagements, project management, supplier performance management.
• Demonstrable strong critical thinking, communication skills, and commercial mindset with the ability to understand high level technical requirements.
• Proficiency in data management and presentation (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Candidates should be self-starters, reliable, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Prior purchasing, buying, sourcing, or contract experience is a plus.
• The role offers growth opportunities within the supply chain organization.

Responsibilities

• Under broad direction, may support one or more related categories as directed by Portfolio and Category Leadership.
• Manage suppliers and their contracts; negotiate and prepare contracts and agreements.
• Implement strategic sourcing and category strategies per policies and procedures.
• Lead or assist in category projects and interact with vendors to enable project outcomes.
• Analyze supply chain data and assess current market situations to identify opportunities.
• Develop, test, and implement analytical reports to support supply chain processes and metrics.
• Use various data sources to generate deep business insights and recommend improvement actions.
• Interface between business and supplier for category issues and resolution.
• Participate in supply chain governance and performance management activities.
• Present data findings and insights to management and executives.
