Job summary

Premier Talent Partners is seeking a Temporary Sourcer in San Francisco, onsite, to partner with our Talent Acquisition team and executives. You will shape GTM and technical recruiting, uncover passive talent, and match candidates to opportunities that support their growth.

You will source for multiple active requisitions, craft creative strategies, optimize our Lever ATS, and collaborate to track metrics and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Sourcing experience across GTM and technical roles.
• Experience building candidate pipelines for startup environments.
• Ability to screen 20+ candidates weekly and manage outreach momentum.
• Familiarity with passive talent discovery and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen candidates for multiple requisitions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Mine the ATS to surface high-potential candidates in Lever.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to optimize workflows.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to strengthen the pipeline.
• Craft outreach that communicates the company mission, culture, and growth.
