Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, analysis, operations, business systems, project leadership, product ownership, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience managing projects, workstreams, or strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decisions at all levels of the organization without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience supporting, administering, or optimizing business applications and technology solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders to drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Identify opportunities, define solution strategies, and lead execution of complex initiatives across business and tech teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Support and optimize enterprise applications and technology solutions.
