Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of IT solution design experience; DoW/DHS experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to executives and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery and scoping sessions with prospective clients to understand mission challenges and desired outcomes.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through direct client interaction and technical capability alignment.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and capture insights for solution strategy.
• Translate customer needs into architectures, roadmaps, and solution concepts.
• Create architecture diagrams, system models, and artifacts for proposals and engagements.
• Support BizDev and Capture teams through technical strategy and competitive analysis.
• Present solutions to executives and technical teams in clear, compelling ways.
