Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture or Technical Consulting within a SaaS environment.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, workflows, or integrations.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
• Understanding of how architecture drives adoption and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations end-to-end, ensuring successful adoption.
• Design solutions that connect business outcomes with customer use cases.
• Build proofs of concept to demonstrate feasibility and accelerate commitment.
• Create frameworks and integration patterns for scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback.
