A defense contracting firm is seeking a highly qualified Soldier Team Staff Synchronization Officer (SSO) in the DC Metro area. The ideal candidate will manage Army Soldier Team programs, provide strategic analysis, and integrate weapons systems into modernization efforts. A Bachelor’s degree, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and a TS/SCI clearance are mandatory. This position offers competitive benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Force Development or related duties.
• Experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands.
• TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

• Provide strategic analysis and support for decision forums and briefings.
• Support integration of crew-served weapons and related systems into Army modernization efforts.
