Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with emphasis on software engineering hiring.
• Proven success sourcing and closing passive technical candidates.
• Deep understanding of software engineering roles and tech skill sets.
• Experience using multiple sourcing channels including social media, communities, and outbound recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and ownership.
• Data-driven mindset to track and improve recruiting performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting in robotics, AI/ML, infrastructure, or hardware-software integrated environments.
• Background in high-growth or startup environments.
• Experience building or scaling recruiting strategies and processes.
• Strong track record hiring senior and specialized technical talent.
• Experience with employer branding, outbound campaigns, and talent marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across roles with focus on software engineering priorities.

• Develop outreach approaches to engage passive candidates and expand pipelines.
