The role requires extensive CS knowledge, system design mastery, and proficiency across multiple programming languages, with eligibility for on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in software development and maintenance, or HS diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of computer science, system design, and programming environments.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7 on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance on complex strategic projects and the creation/implementation of software systems.
• Consults on software evaluations, feasibility studies, and adoption of new technologies.
• Trains and mentors others on new technologies and best practices.
• Ensures development initiatives align with long-term business and tech strategy.
