Job summary

Datadog is looking for a Social Media Manager to advance our social media program, sitting at the intersection of content creation, strategy, and corporate communications — owning day-to-day execution of Datadog's social presence.

You’ll report to our Senior Group Manager of Corporate Communications, while working in close partnership with the Senior Social Media Manager and the rest of the Corporate Communications team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation.
• Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience using analytics platforms and translating data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage content calendar and day-to-day execution across social channels.
• Develop social communication plans for product launches and events.
• Create and manage social content and programs including employee advocacy and newsletters.
• Monitor channels and engage conversations, routing mentions to internal teams.
• Analyze social performance and translate results into actionable insights for executives.
• Partner with the Senior Social Media Manager to refine Datadog’s social strategy.
