You will leverage industry knowledge and internal networks to drive new business, enhance wallet share, and maintain strong customer retention. This role emphasizes strategic planning and client-focused collaboration.

Qualifications

• Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to interpret financials and drive growth while mitigating risk.
• Solid knowledge of business banking products, lending processes and related policies.
• Experience in customer sales and service.
• Proficient verbal and written communication, collaboration skills, and analytical problem solving.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and influence stakeholders.
