Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Customer Service and SIOP Planner for its Charlotte, NC facility. The candidate will be responsible for inbound material planning and internal communication to support production.

This role involves developing strategies for materials planning, working closely with manufacturing, and managing supply chain processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and material planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or material planning experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
