Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Business Analyst for Pearson Virtual Schools to analyze data, capture requirements, and drive process improvements across Product, Operations, and Technology teams.

You will partner with stakeholders to document needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and support governance, data, and enrollment initiatives. This remote role supports educational operations globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in the qualifications.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar enterprise applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
