Qualifications

• You are a proven leader with 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in business intelligence, analytics, strategy, or related disciplines.
• You are a strong people leader who builds trust, drives engagement, and empowers high-performing teams by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and accountable culture.
• You have set strategic direction, governed complex portfolios and translated business priorities into practical operating routines, measurable outcomes and sustained business value.
• You are a trusted advisor who can influence senior leaders, challenge constructively, frame ambiguous problems and communicate conviction with a clear point of view.
• You bring technical fluency across modern analytics, data and reporting platforms, such as Databricks, SQL, Python and Power BI.

• Oversee a portfolio of analytics initiatives connecting priorities, metrics, trends and outcomes.
