Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead strategic procurement and supply chain initiatives for the Antcom division from Torrance, CA. You will manage supplier relationships, drive cost reduction, and ensure uninterrupted material flow to support manufacturing and global deliveries.

The role requires 5+ years in purchasing, leadership experience, and strong SAP/MRP and Excel skills. ITAR/compliance awareness is essential for this US-based position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain purchasing or procurement.
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership or people management experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR requirements.
• Experience implementing supplier agreements, inventory programs, lead-time reduction initiatives, and long-term agreements.
• Proven experience selecting and managing suppliers for new and existing products.

Responsabilités

• Lead Antcom NPI supply chain projects from concept through production, including supplier selection and target cost development.
• Coordinate project activities with Engineering, Production, Operations, Supplier Quality, and Finance teams.
• Issue POs through the MRP system and analyze purchasing requirements.
• Lead new vendor onboarding and supplier transition projects.
• Provide leadership to purchasing team members.
