Job summary

GDM Seeds seeks a Supply Planner to partner with branded businesses by translating forecasted demand into executable supply plans. You will align supply chain operations with commercial goals, ensuring on-time order fulfillment while managing inventory risk and logistics.

The role requires analyzing data, coordinating with production and sales, and continuously improving processes. A bachelor’s in a related field with 3+ years in logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in logistics/supply chain is preferred.
• Experience translating forecasts into actionable supply plans and KPI reporting.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze sales and supply data to refine supply plans.
• Integrate production, operations, logistics, and commercial inputs for projections.
• Manage day‑to‑day supply planning within inventory guidelines and update production orders in SAP.
• Monitor ATP performance and alignment of finished goods to demand.
