Job summary

PwC seeks a Security Risk & Engineering Senior Manager to guide clients through regulatory landscapes, enhance internal controls, and mitigate risk. You will lead teams, provide strategic compliance guidance, and shape holistic risk narratives across tech, cyber, and regulatory domains.

You will manage client engagements, drive audits, and foster diverse, high-performing teams while delivering measurable outcomes in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in security risk and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST CSF.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of compliance strategies.
• Manage cybersecurity risk initiatives to protect data and systems.
• Oversee compliance program implementation and audits.
• Provide guidance on anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention.
• Coordinate with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback.
• Direct teams through challenging situations with composure.
• Apply analytical thinking to identify underlying risks and opportunities.
• Craft clear messages communicating compliance strategies.
• Build relationships to support governance objectives.
• Promote a culture of compliance and ethics via training.
