Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a detail-oriented Security Governance, Strategy & Programs Manager to lead Global Corporate Physical Security governance, policy, and project execution. You will own defined workstreams, translate priorities into structured plans, and improve visibility and accountability across security programs.

Ideal candidates have strong governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills, plus proficiency with SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in physical or corporate security or related program management.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder governance and cross-functional workstreams.
• Ability to translate priorities into structured plans, governance, and reporting.
• Strong documentation, decision support, and executive briefing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own governance workstreams and maintain policies, standards, and operating mechanisms.
• Manage complex security projects, programs, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and standard reporting for leadership prioritization.
• Develop, administer, and maintain SharePoint and Smartsheet solutions for programs.
• Coordinate with government, law enforcement or critical infrastructure partners as needed.
