Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Senior Director of Security & Information Governance to provide strategic leadership for enterprise technology security, information governance, records management, and technology risk programs.

This role partners with executive leadership to protect firm and client information and enable secure adoption of emerging technologies including AI. The position oversees security governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance, with responsibility for security policies,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in information security governance and enterprise risk management.
• Understanding of AI governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Firm's technology risk, cybersecurity governance, and records programs across IAM, data protection, cloud governance, incident response, vulnerability management, and enterprise controls.
• Oversee security technologies and controls related to AI-enabled platforms, data protection, monitoring, identity, endpoint, email, network, and cloud.
• Develop and maintain enterprise security policies and procedures aligned with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Direct Information Governance and Records Management including records retention and legal holds.
• Lead AI governance initiatives with risk assessments, controls, monitoring, and security reviews for responsible AI use.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
