Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop school direction in collaboration with fellow Principals and CEO.
• Set and maintain high standards for student performance.
• Coordinate with outside evaluators to assess school performance.
• Assist the CEO in developing a school accountability plan.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and overall safety of the school.
• Lead implementation of ISANA discipline policies.
• Manage staff and evaluate professional development needs.
• Develop relationships with parents, families, and students.
• Attend and prepare reports for scheduled board meetings.
• Assist the CEO with grant writing and budgeting.
