Nucor Cold Finish Wisconsin is seeking a Division Scheduling/Logistics Support Administrator to coordinate production orders, sequences, and shipping activities to meet on-time delivery while optimizing the plant schedule.

You will collaborate with sales, production, maintenance, and shipping, support Wisconsin and Ohio shipments, and contribute to inventory health as part of a team that prioritizes safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in engineering, business, or accounting or equivalent.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication across teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production orders and sequences to meet sales demand and delivery dates.
• Optimize production runs, line setups, and changeovers per division goals.
• Collaborate with sales, production, maintenance and shipping to ensure on-time orders and healthy inventory.
• Support Shipping Department for WI and OH facilities by coordinating shipments and schedules.
• Learn from different departments to support development and future growth.
