Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP OTC specialist to join our Technical Consulting team to help clients implement SAP solutions across Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Delivery and Billing, ensuring end-to-end processes and value delivery.

You will translate business requirements into technical designs, configure SAP SD modules, and collaborate across MM, FI, TM, and EWM to deliver robust architectures. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes: Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Delivery, Billing, Returns.
• Experience configuring SAP SD modules (pricing, billing, sales order processing, output determination).
• Experience developing functional specifications (WRICEF) and supporting build, testing, and deployment.
• Experience supporting integrations between SAP SD and MM, FI, TM, EWM and external systems.
• Exposure to EDI/API interfaces, including testing or troubleshooting.
• Experience participating in SAP implementation lifecycle phases (design, build, test, deploy, hypercare).
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes.
• Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Exhibiting strong technical expertise and business acumen in Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Delivery, Billing, and Returns.
• Configuring and implementing SAP SD modules, including Sales Area, Master Data, Pricing, and Output Determination.
• Supporting writing functional specifications and BRDs for OTC workstream.
• Designing and implementing WRICEFs from spec through cut-over and hypercare.
• Ensuring seamless SD integration with MM, FI, TM, EWM for end-to-end processes.
• Mapping, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting EDI/API interfaces.
• Delivering high-quality client services, monitoring progress and managing risks.
• Building and maintaining relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
