Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager-level SAP Finance Transformation lead in the Utilities sector. You will drive end-to-end SAP finance programs, shape business cases and roadmaps, and translate client goals into actionable SAP solutions across global engagements.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, stay current on regulations and AI-enabled capabilities, and travel as needed to deliver value to Utilities clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years functional/technical experience in SAP Finance (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, etc.).
• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting Utilities clients on SAP programs.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations including planning, estimation and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior Finance executives to define SAP value and roadmaps.
• Lead SAP-driven transformation programs, including sales origination and client presentations.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions using SAP tech and partner add-ons.
• Guide deployment of AI use cases within SAP delivery to boost efficiency.
• Lead large project teams onsite or with Accenture, delivering transformational roadmaps.
