Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC seeks an experienced SAP Delivery Leader to guide a team of SAP development and integration resources in a global support model. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on direction to enable value through SAP ERP delivery across the Consumer Products IT landscape. Based in Atlanta, IT leadership will partner with business and IT stakeholders to advance GP’s objectives, with a hybrid in-office requirement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in SAP Development as a manager or leader.
Experience leading teams in end-to-end SAP ERP with waterfall and agile delivery.
Strong leadership for talent development and high performing teams.
Ability to align IT and business stakeholders to optimize solutions.
Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance, coaching and support to the team in a highly integrated environment.
Lead SAP capabilities to deliver business solutions with disciplined processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategies into technical solutions.
Develop relationships as a trusted partner and manage communications.
Lead scoping, planning and delivery of support and projects.
Align with SAP roadmaps and explore AI capabilities.
