Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology transformation programs for Fortune 500s.
• 10+ years consulting experience in professional services.
• 10+ years in staff leadership, coaching, and development.
• 8+ years cloud technologies experience, ideally Salesforce related.
• 5+ years in Financial Services or Healthcare/Life Sciences industries.
• 8+ years data architecture experience.
• 8+ years system-to-system integration and ESB architectures (Mulesoft).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Salesforce CTA path preferred.
• Experience solving senior client business challenges with technology.
• Executive communication and pursuit/Proposal experience.
• Knowledge of security, compliance and scalable architectures.
• DevOps/Observability knowledge; strategic roadmap planning.
• Design Thinking and human-centered change experience.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM partners by shaping scope, pricing and delivery for large deals.
• Lead architecture and delivery of complex Salesforce projects in Regulated verticals.
• Oversee adoption, CSAT, and strategic customer relationships at the executive level.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, Product and TMP to drive customer outcomes.
• Develop roadmaps and strategic guidance aligning business objectives with technical solutions.
• Mentor and develop the Professional Services team; ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Identify architectural risks and mitigate them; manage billable delivery with 50% utilization.
• Travel up to 80% to customer sites across the United States.
