  • Develop and execute account strategies focused on enterprise clients and large-scale automation initiatives.
  • Lead commercial discussions and defend proposed solutions with client and executive stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey, from discovery and solution design through final negotiations.

  • Contribute to Exotec’s position as a leading provider of warehouse automation solutions.

We strongly encourage applications from candidates of all genders to help us build a truly inclusive environment. If you don’t meet every requirement listed below, don’t worry, your skills and experiences may still make you a great fit!

  • 5-10 years of enterprise sales experience within warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, supply chain technology, logistics software, or systems integration.

  • Demonstrated success selling complex, high-value solutions to enterprise clients.

  • Experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior client and executive stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously while driving results.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support client engagements, industry events, and internal collaboration.

  • Nice to have: Experience developing strategic enterprise accounts, generating new business opportunities, and representing an organization at industry conferences, trade shows, or client events.

  • Competitive compensation package, including base salary and uncapped commission potential.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Generous vacation and time-off policy.

  • 401(k) with company match up to 5%.

  • Continuous opportunities for training, development, and career growth within a rapidly growing international company.

  • Opportunity to work on some of the largest and most complex warehouse automation projects in North America.

  • Exposure to Fortune 500 and global enterprise customers.
