Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial or sales leadership experience in steel, metals, manufacturing, or industrial B2B sectors.
• Proven track record delivering growth, margin targets, and customer retention in complex technical environments.
• Experience implementing CRM and data-driven sales processes across multi-level organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy, profitable growth, and customer engagement across key market segments.
• Define and optimize the end-to-end sales operating system with forecasting, pipeline management, and negotiation processes.
• Develop managers, coaching cadences, and talent to scale the sales organization while improving account planning and win rates.
