Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Business Systems Solutions Analyst to support risk and HSE process improvements and system solutions across the business. The role requires strong communication, analytical and project-management skills to partner with stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will act as the internal expert on Risk and HSE processes, collaborate on improvements, and drive project ownership in partnership with IT project managers. AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years working as a liaison between IT and business across large cross-functional projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal expert of processes and solutions within Risk and HSE teams.
• Collaboratively identify areas for process and solution improvements.
• Work with IT project managers on large projects; own status updates and deadlines.
