Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Risk Governance Program Manager to oversee enterprise risk governance programs and related strategic initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage governance processes, and support executive and Board risk oversight while serving as the business owner for risk systems and programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of enterprise risk management, Three Lines Model, policy governance, issues management, risk taxonomy.
• Ability to read and interpret complex regulatory and governance documents.
• Translates requirements into clear business requirements and actionable controls.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic planning and leads initiatives affecting risk governance programs.
• Provides governance, program management, and decision-support to Risk Leadership Team.
• Coordinates governance calendars, agendas, and reporting for risk committees.
• Maintains records of policy decisions, approvals, and exceptions.
• Manages the Bank's GRC platform governance and data quality requirements.
• Leads risk initiatives with clear scope, milestones, and resources.
