• Independent reviews of risk identification and control design across operational, technology, payment, and governance risks.
• Facilitating risk assessments and translating technical details into clear risk implications.
• Evaluating control design to ensure scalability and advocating for proactive monitoring.
• Managing the issue lifecycle from incident intake to validated closure and ensuring risk acceptance is documented.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining an accurate enterprise risk register and improving GRC platform configurations.
• Producing reports on risk posture and control effectiveness for senior leadership.
• Supporting internal audits and coordinating with external assessors.
• Building strong relationships with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure proactive risk management.
• Utilizing AI for drafting, pattern-finding, and analytics while maintaining evidence discipline.
