Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of revenue cycle or hospital billing experience.
• Experience with coding or billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee revenue cycle operations across registration, coding, billing, and collections.
• Monitor queues and metrics to ensure timely claims and follow-up.
• Lead denial prevention and root-cause analyses.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to executive leadership.
• Coach revenue cycle managers and staff; support training.
