Daybright Financial is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee clients' retirement programs with an emphasis on client satisfaction and compliance with regulatory guidelines. The successful candidate will be innovative, self-motivated, and will interact daily with clients and various intermediaries. Responsibilities include building relationships, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements include 3 to 5 years of experience in defined benefit/cash balance service areas and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the defined benefit/cash balance service area preferred.
• Experience working with predominantly small plan markets.
• Must be mature and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of retirement plans that meet business needs of clients.
• Build trust with key personnel at client organizations and service providers.
• Ensure clients’ operational and regulatory issues are resolved exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate with internal Actuaries for compliance of plans.
• Deliver summarized plan year-end work with effective communication.
• Provide insights to management regarding client trends.
