Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic retail operations plan aligning service, sales, merchandising, inventory, budgeting and expenses with SSC goals.
• Direct daily operations to maximize profitability and efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Lead and coach the team; set performance objectives and improve engagement.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, performance reviews, and recognition programs.
• Promote the SSC brand and engage with local communities and customers.
• Monitor pricing and inventory strategies to optimize margins and reduce shrink.
