MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Buyer to shape retail experiences across our world-class properties. You’ll develop and execute innovative buying strategies for high-volume and specialty categories to drive sales, profitability, and brand success.

You’ll leverage data, trends, competitive insights, and customer behavior to build compelling assortments that resonate with guests while achieving financial objectives.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail buying or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with buying processes, purchasing and category management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees all aspects of the buying process for a medium/high volume product category.
• Negotiates exclusive offerings, terms, pricing, vendor programs.
• Develops compelling assortments that meet financial targets and brand objectives.
• Analyzes data, trends, product assortment and competition to guide strategy.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage inventory and merchandising strategies.
• Supports diversity vendor initiatives and vendor compliance with CSR goals.
