Job summary

Reflection AI Ltd. is seeking a Research Program Manager to accelerate frontier model development by aligning training infrastructure with research goals. You will embed with research and infra teams to ensure end-to-end reliability and scalable training environments.

You will lead cross-functional programs, triage incidents, and drive outcomes that translate complex technical work into actionable leadership updates, shaping Reflection's open-weight AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management, research operations, or infrastructure coordination.
• Deep technical knowledge of distributed training frameworks and GPU cluster architecture.
• Ability to create structure in high-ambiguity environments.
• Experience managing multi-team programs with competing priorities and hard deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management with technical leaders and executives.
• Calm under pressure with crisis-mode operating style.
• Excited to define Research Program Management at Reflection.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional programs spanning training infrastructure and cluster reliability.
• Drive end-to-end coordination of the training stack with engineering leads and partners.
• Triage incidents, coordinate responses, and drive resolution across teams.
• Identify bottlenecks with infrastructure and research leads; set priorities.
• Maintain visibility into training run health and infrastructure performance.
• Create lightweight processes for cross-team handoffs and config management.
• Translate technical status into clear updates for leadership.
