Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in microbiome science or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in scientific writing, research development, and project coordination.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex Center initiatives, including training grants and pilot funding programs.
• Partner with leadership to set goals, monitor milestones, and ensure execution across departments.
• Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop, write, edit, and submit manuscripts and grant proposals.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for reports and proposals.
• Develop industry partnerships and external relations.
• Oversee dissemination of Center activities via website, social media, and newsletters.
• Review and edit scientific content for accuracy and clarity.
• Support Center operations and multidisciplinary microbiome projects.
