Job summary

A leading rail service organization located in Washington, DC, is seeking a motivated Research Analyst. The successful candidate will formulate research plans, conduct data analyses, and prepare actionable reports. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least two years of market research experience are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and similar communication tools is essential. The role is full-time with standard hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in market research and/or analysis.
• Experience translating research concepts into strategic directions.
• Experience analyzing quantitative datasets.

Responsibilities

• Formulates research/analysis plans and conducts in-depth data analyses.
• Authors reports containing actionable recommendations.
• Oversees contractor work to ensure quality of deliverables.
