Job summary

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a Requirements Traceability and Quality Assurance Analyst to review capability-development processes and requirements data for quality, completeness, and traceability. The analyst will identify gaps and risks, coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders, and prepare QA and traceability reports for programme teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 5 years in requirements engineering/management with traceability, quality, and changes.
• Experience evaluating traceability across DOTMLPFI lines of development.
• Experience developing or facilitating requirements development.
• Experience with formal configuration-control and change-management in past 5 years.
• Experience with ISO 9001 certified processes in past 5 years.
• Experience using DOORS Next or equivalent RM tool.
• Experience using Jira or Kanban boards.
• Ability to review requirements for accuracy and traceability; produce clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Review capability-development processes and requirements data for quality, completeness, and traceability.
• Identify gaps and risks; coordinate corrective and preventive actions with stakeholders.
• Prepare quality-assurance and traceability reports for programme teams and leadership.
• Support requirements development, repository data quality, configuration and change management.
