Job summary

NFP is seeking an enthusiastic relationship management professional to focus on strategic relationship management and retention of Mid-Market core clients in the Chicago area. The role involves serving as the primary client contact, driving cross-sell opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver holistic service.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in relationship management, exceptional communication, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in relationship management with face-to-face private equity (or similar) client experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for C-suite clients and private equity relationships.
• Elite project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management excellence; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall relationship with assigned Mid-Market core clients.
• Serve as primary point of contact and communication conduit for NFP.
• Cultivate internal and external relationships to ensure collaboration and trust.
• Develop understanding of internal operations to solve client needs.
