Qualifications

• Experience in hedge fund services, fund administration, middle office, prime brokerage, asset management or consulting.
• Strong client relationship management skills with institutional clients and cross functional teams.
• Knowledge of fund operations, accounting, investor services, treasury, trading or asset servicing functions.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and complex service issues in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills; capable of explaining technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic hedge fund services relationships and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on client goals, operating models and evolving needs.
• Coordinate fund administration, middle office, accounting, operations and investor services support.
• Resolve issues, improve service delivery and support strong client satisfaction.
• Align service expectations across internal teams and clients.
• Facilitate investor and client due diligence sessions.
• Build relationships with C-suite leaders and senior decision makers.
• Lead quarterly service reviews and senior management reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities and support delivery of new products and services.
• Manage client profitability, pricing strategy, and repricing.
